Independent technical review

A second opinion when structural decisions matter.

A second opinion can identify hidden assumptions, inconsistent load cases, modelling weaknesses or conclusions that are not fully supported by the analysis. AeroMech reviews the engineering argument independently.

A second opinion can identify hidden assumptions, inconsistent load cases, modelling weaknesses or conclusions that are not fully supported by the analysis. AeroMech reviews the engineering argument independently.

The review is independent, but practical.

The aim is not to repeat every calculation. It is to determine whether the analysis is suitable for the decision being made and to focus effort on the assumptions and mechanisms most likely to change the conclusion.

Findings are separated into critical issues, recommended improvements and observations so the project team can respond efficiently.

Typical engineering questions

Questions this assessment can answer.

The analysis is organised around the decision, not around a software package.

Does the model represent the real load path?
Are all relevant load cases and failure modes included?
Are boundary conditions creating artificial stiffness or load?
Are acceptance criteria applied consistently?
Do the reported conclusions follow from the results?
What additional work is required to close the remaining uncertainty?
Assessment scope

From structural behaviour to a defensible conclusion.

Targeted review

Focused check of a specific concern, load case, detail or conclusion.

Full independent review

Systematic assessment of inputs, model, results, verification and report.

Decision note

Concise statement of findings, risks and recommended next actions.

Discuss the structural question.
